No refunds once downloaded
You get the complete file the moment your payment goes through, so we don’t offer refunds once a PDF has been downloaded. Please read the product page, including the sample pages, before you buy.
A faulty file? We’ll fix or replace it
If a PDF won’t open, has missing or unreadable pages, or isn’t the product you ordered, we’ll fix it or send you a replacement.
How to reach us
Email hello@meatingup.com with your order number (it’s in your order email) and a short note on what’s wrong. A screenshot helps. You can download your file again from the link in your order email.

This policy doesn’t take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
